Multiple submissions from the same creator will be accepted. Please, however, make each one unique.
Submissions must meet the following requirements:
The image MUST be manipulated entirely in the GIMP.
Submitted image must be in non-animated gif or jpeg format. The image filename must follow the format:
contest-[username]-[submission_number].gifwhere [username] is your name in all lower case, and [submission_number] is 0 for your first entry, 1 for the second, etc.
A text file containing your name, e-mail address, and a short description of how you made the image must be uploaded as well, and should have the filename format
contest-[username]-[submission_number].READMEUpload the files to ftp.gimp.org/incoming
The deadline for submissions is April 30, 1999.

Please, only submit works that can be freely distributed. Our public voting system will be used to decide on the winner. All entries will be kept in the contest gallery for browsing.
